[flymine-dev] Web properties

If you want to release a production webapp, or the flymine website, you 
no longer need a default.properties.flymine-www in your home directory. 
The required properties should now be put in default.properties.flymine, 
an example of which is shown below. The new webapp.prefix is necessary 
so that the website knows how to resolve links to webapp pages.
